What started out as a single restaurant with a vision to bring Burmese cuisine to the world, has quickly turned into a family of restaurants, a non-profit organization, as well as a retail line, and this is just the beginning.

Position Summary:
This role is not just an Assistant Restaurant Manager role, it is the opportunity to join a family, be a leader, and act as an ambassador for bridging cultures through food. Together, let’s spark curiosity, ignite a passion for culinary adventure through education, quality customer service, and positive experience! We are counting on you to be an extension of our brand and a leader in helping us achieve our goal of bridging cultures through food.
As an Assistant Manager, you will be a leader by example and have the opportunity to wear many different hats. Whether it’s overseeing the dining room, checking in with customers, greeting guests with a smile, balancing seating capacity, or uplifting your staff during busy moments. You’ll need to demonstrate management skills and experience in both the front and back of the house.
