Job Title: Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager
Location: Champion Chevrolet of Avon, Avon, IN
Reports To: General Manager / Operating Partner

Due to a major expansion in volume, Champion Chevrolet of Avon is seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager. As the F&I Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive buying experience, while also maximizing profitability through financing and insurance product sales.

• Provide expert recommendations and assistance to customers in arranging the financing of their purchases, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Present customers with additional product offerings, such as extended warranties and insurance plans, to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.
• Structure sales deals to maximize profitability while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain proficiency and required certifications in finance and insurance, staying current with industry standards and regulations.
• Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders for approval, make informed credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure all sales are compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines, minimizing risk and ensuring operational efficiency.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals promptly and professionally.
• Audit team deals post-sale for accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Guarantee the timely funding of all contracts, maintaining strong relationships with financial institutions.
