We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Princeton, New Jersey. In this role, you will primarily manage business-related tasks for our executive team, which includes processing reports, organizing travel and accommodation, and other organizational tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently managing and scheduling the executive team's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are updated.

• Coordinating events and arranging necessary preparations for meetings, conference calls, and other business engagements.

• Handling all forms of correspondence and communication, ensuring timely responses and appropriate prioritization.

• Assisting in the creation and processing of organizational reports, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Managing travel arrangements for the executive team, including booking flights, accommodations, and arranging necessary documentation.

• Utilize Concur for expense management and report creation.

• Ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

• Processing and monitoring of customer accounts, taking appropriate action where necessary.

• Coordinating catering services for meetings, events and other organizational activities.

• Maintaining a detailed understanding and efficient use of the full Microsoft Office suite.

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a non-profit organization
• Proficiency in using Concur for expense management
• Strong skills in calendar management and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in coordinating and managing conference calls
• Ability to draft correspondence and other formal documents
• Experience in arranging travel accommodations for executives
• Proven track record in coordinating events, including logistics, attendees, and agendas
• Experience in managing catering for events and meetings
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desirable.
