At Bella Ballet and Empower by Bella Ballet, we are more than just a dance studio. As the original dance empowerment studio, our goal is to empower our students as a whole through their bodies, minds, and beautiful hearts. We are looking for a passionate, positive, energetic, and motivated front desk receptionist to add to the Bella Ballet family!
As a front desk receptionist, you will be responsible for assisting the teachers in checking in students, helping families with any questions they may have, and providing a positive and inviting smile to our students as they enter class. You will also be responsible for various administrative tasks like phone, email, and text communication with families, studio inventory,etc. Without exception, we are looking for people who:

Responsibilities •Inventory and order studio supplies needed.
•Ensure the studio environment is clean, organized, and functional.
•Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families.
•Ability to maintain professionalism and organization in a fast-paced environment.
•Light cleaning in between classes
•If hired, candidates are required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement.
•Checking in students before class and checking out after class
•Follow Bella Ballet & Empower by Bella Ballet procedures
•Provide a fun and creative environment
•Complete administrative tasks efficiently and accurately within the timelines given
Qualifications Requirements:
•3+ Front Desk/Administrative experience required
•Bachelor's Degree
•Excellent communication skills.
•Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable.
•Organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
•Patience, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to learn new systems and protocols
