Colony Brands, Inc. is one of the world’s largest and most successful direct marketing catalog and e-Commerce companies. We have an immediate opening in our Creative Marketing Services team. We are seeking a passionate Graphic Designer with exceptional visual communication skills to design brand-right spreads for our non-food catalogs. What You’ll Do:

Our Graphic Designers assist the Art Team with research, design, and execution of spreads for non-food catalogs. You must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the brand, business plan, and marketing goals. You’ll be responsible for updating and maintaining the brand’s style guides and executing creative concepts and layouts to include writing photography direction. You’ll work closely with department management, Product Merchandisers, Copywriters, Catalog Production Managers, to meet all deadlines and accurately produce catalog pages.

You’ll also be responsible for:
• Auditing existing graphic treatments, fonts, templates and helping streamline for a stronger branding and customer experience.
• Contributing ideas and concepts for seasonal campaigns and strategies that are brand right in their design, voice, and aesthetic.
• Accurately developing and writing photo direction in layouts using photo direction boxes/specs set by the Catalog Production team.
• Researching and providing recommendations for methods of visual communication to customers to improve sales and profitability.
• Working within our content management system to leverage all features and benefits the system provides.
