**Your Role:**

• Handle Emergencies: Diagnose and resolve HVAC issues in residential settings efficiently.
• Conduct Inspections: Regularly check HVAC systems for optimal performance.
• Maintain Records: Accurately log time, work completed, and materials used.
• Communicate with Customers: Keep customers informed about job status and next steps.
• Stay Informed: Learn about new product features and benefits.
• Ensure Efficiency: Keep your vehicle and equipment organized for maximum efficiency.
• Complete Documentation: Handle all paperwork promptly and accurately.

**What We’re Looking For:**

• HVAC Expertise: Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems.
• Personable Attitude: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Sales Driven: Enthusiastic about selling home services and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Organizational Skills: Strong planning and follow-through capabilities.
• Customer Focus: Excellent at active listening and building relationships.
• Driver’s License: Valid and clean driving record required.
• Background Checks: Must pass criminal background and drug screening.
• Experience: At least one year in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or repair.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation:**

Salary: $80,000 – $180,000 annually (performance-based).
