[Job Summary]
Exciting opportunity for an experienced, innovative, and results-oriented full-stack developer to build a revolutionary music exchange platform app. You will collaborate closely with talented UI/UX design, development, and QA teams to build a native app giving fans access to their favorite artist worldwide. You contain a successful track record of building successful consumer-facing apps, possess excellent communication, excel under pressure, and love to code using the latest software engineering practices and technologies. Most of your work will be focused on the development of a backend system connecting third-party services through API calls and managing/developing native mobile and web applications.

[Job Description]

1. Prior experience in developing mobile application, native to iOS, Android, and Web
2. Write clean code to develop functional web applications
3. Perform UI tests to optimize performance
4. Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applications
5. Collaborate with the design, development, and business teams to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic API hookups and other features
6. Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging
7. Gather and address technical and design requirements
8. Build reusable code and libraries for future use
9. Liaise with developers, designers, and system administrators to identify new features
10. Expert knowledge of Flutter framework and Dart platform over AWS or similar backend technologies such as Firebase, Parse, Backendless, Back4App
11. Architect a secure, scalable technical roadmap
12. Manage and collaborate with remote development agencies and/or freelancers
13. Perform code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle
14. Understand the complexities of and help integrate different third-party SDKs
15. Participate in agile project management methodology
16. Track and provide regular feedback and updates to executive stakeholders
17. Track development timelines and adhere to specified budget requirements
18. Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including product management, design, developers, and QA to deliver a high-quality product
19. Identify, troubleshoot, and solve business problems with technical solutions
20. Actively gather data on app usage from both the users and the system itself
21. Have a strong understanding of web security and participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.
22. Familiarity with Web languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, and CSS)
23. Experienced in one or more of the following languages for backend development: PHP, Go, Python, TypeScript, Ruby, Java, C++, C#, and/or Scala.
24. Some knowledge of all Mainnets and Layer 2's, dApp functionalities, and UI/UX app development
25. In-depth understanding of the entire development process (design, development, and deployment)
26. Demonstrate innovation through thoughtful suggestions of change/improvements within the scope of work
27. Handle confidential matters appropriately and with discretion
28. Validate and ensure the best performance and usability of applications.
29. Proficient to identify and correct bottlenecks, performing debugs, and fixes
30. Have strong knowledge of object-oriented programming
31. Mobile first design philosophy and attitude
32. Comfortable networking and integrating third-party APIs
33. Experience working with a version control system (i.e., Git, Bitbucket)
34. Involved in the development of at least one app on the Apple Store or Google Play Store
35. Experience working in and managing a remote software development environment

This position requires fluency in Korean

[Qualifications]

1. Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, or software development is required
2. Min. 3+ years of experience developing mobile apps natively in iOS and/or Android in a senior role
3. Proficient at developing with Dart programming language
4. Good problem-solving skills and ability to provide optimal solutions
5. Knowledge of the “players” in the web3 industry is a plus
6. Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital wallets

Compensation

• 100,000 ~ 150,000 USD Annually DOE.
