Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and impact-driven Vice President to lead our investment and portfolio management activities. As a firm focused on the lower middle market, we invest in companies that not only generate strong financial returns but also create meaningful community impacts. The Vice President will play a key role in sourcing, executing, and managing investments, while working closely with senior professionals and contributing to the growth and development of our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and execute investment opportunities aligned with our impact-focused strategy.
• Lead deal structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution, ensuring alignment with our mission.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, management teams, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present investment materials for Investment Committee review, emphasizing financial returns and community impact.
• Provide strategic and operational support to portfolio companies, driving growth and exploring acquisitions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, impact-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields with a focus on the lower middle market.
• Proven track record in sourcing and closing deals, particularly those with community impact.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for impact investing and a commitment to fostering community growth.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
