Team Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our company's physical infrastructure, which includes multiple locations supporting our global workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires on-site presence at our 400 Fairview and Beacon Hill office locations and is critical in ensuring that our facilities are safe, functional, and meet the needs of our employees and clients.

What you will do:
  • Facility Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of all company facilities, ensuring that all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are functioning efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans for regular upkeep and emergency repairs. Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as necessary.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Implement and maintain safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all employees.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting costs for repairs, maintenance, and capital improvements. Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of facilities staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Space Planning and Utilization: Plan and manage office space allocation, ensuring optimal use of space to meet business needs. Coordinate office moves and renovations.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure that services are delivered as per agreements.
  • Project Management: Oversee and manage facilities-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies for sustainable facility operations, including energy conservation, waste reduction, and other green initiatives.

What you will bring:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP, PMP) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior or leadership role.

Compensation and Benefits:

The benefits listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with Impinj and the country where you work.

The typical base pay range for this role across the US is $84,000 - $123,000. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Both market wage data and the mid-point of the pay range is reviewed and used as the starting point for all new hire offers. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.

At Impinj certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
