About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Student Affairs to lead and support its diverse student community. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and experienced leader, responsible for advancing student-centered initiatives that enhance the student experience and support learning and development. This role involves shaping and communicating strategic priorities, collaborating with various stakeholders, and overseeing a range of student services, including athletics, career development, wellness, housing, and intercultural affairs. The VPSA will also be expected to advance the institution's values of equity, access, and social justice, and to build a culture of plurality, mutual respect, and civility. Applicants for the Vice President for Student Affairs position at the company should have a Master’s degree, with a preference for an earned doctorate or terminal graduate degree.
