Minimum Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field. Two years of full-time Web design and development experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or a related field AND 2 years of professional experience in UX design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration tools like Jira.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Experience designing for mobile and web applications with a focus on user experience.
  • Knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing.
  • Expertise in analyzing user data and conducting comprehensive user feedback research to systematically enhance user experience.
  • Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize UX for enhanced user engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with researchers and developers to gather requirements and define user flows.
  • Design intuitive and effective user interfaces for mobile and web applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and validate designs.
  • Develop and maintain design wireframes, mockups, and specifications.
  • Ensure consistency in design language across all platforms and products.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on UX best practices and trends.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions
Long hours at computer terminal, including light computer lifting, installation and maintenance. Occasional evening or weekend hours and may be required to travel.
